Amelia has taught me so much about looking for all the hidden fats and sugars in foods and has helped me to understand how to read the labels while grocery shopping… she also helps feed my mind with all the motivational talks and this really helps me.

Knowing that I’m losing weight the healthy way makes me happy.

I even love going to the gym now. I set myself little goals to either lift heavier or to jog longer on treadmill etc…
