What did the Living Beauty program include?
During the Fitness Model program I was provided with support, not only with my delicious food & training program, but also stage presence, beauty contacts, tanning advice, make up assistance and bikini. Updates to Living Beauty were made weekly and as she is an online trainer, if I needed anything from her she was always available via email with advice I really needed
What was the biggest change on the program?
The biggest difference was in my energy levels and I feel happier with life in general. My sleep has improved greatly since coming off all those other supplements.

What is your advice to someone thinking about doing the bikini competitions?
Just do it! What a thrill, the amazing team at Living Beauty really look after all of your needs. I can’t thank you enough for being such a great team, I cannot wait to see what the future holds with Living Beauty
How long did it take to see results?
Only 4 weeks in my body changed for the better, but with the all natural diet my life has changed. I’m a happier & more energetic version of myself.
